Maybe that’s the difference between HR and great HR?
Having integrity is a key ingredient of good HR. Evidence-based goes without saying…….. and of course every commercial environment needs you to be outcomes-driven. Ensuring the human ‘capital’ is driving the business in the right direction. If businesses considered their employees as a form of capital investment rather than a disposable asset maybe turnover would be lower and performance would be higher………..
Remember, there are not many people who go to work each deliberately wanting to do a bad job……… If you are getting the results you need then perhaps you need a bit of external insight? Happy to help!
